Today was Bri’s very last ballet class. We started by making some yummy cookies to give to her awesome teacher, Miss Hannah. They are my mom’s sweetheart cookies, and they’re super yummy. We had a hard time not eating all of them before we even left for ballet.
And here’s a cute picture of Bri and Miss Hannah after class! She was a really fabulous teacher, and Bri just loved her.
And now our cute little ballerina has decided she wants to try karate!
Monday afternoons, Kyrie has ballet. As I was helping her get ready today, she begged me to put her hair in a bun for class. I tried to do just one bun, but her hair was too short to behave. So I decided to do pigtails and then put each pigtail into a bun, which worked like a charm. When Cambria saw Kyrie's hair, she begged for me to do her hair the same way. I couldn't resist snapping a picture of these cuties! I had cut Asher's hair earlier in the day, and he wanted me to take a picture of him as well. Apparently I accidentally turned my flash off before snapping Asher and Bri's pictures because the shadows are pretty bad...
I signed Kyrie up for dance last Monday, and today was her first time going to class. It's a ballet/tap combination -- they do ballet for about the first 40 minutes, then they do tap for the last 20 minutes. From the moment she woke up this morning, the countdown to dance class was on! :) I was afraid there would be a policy that parents couldn't stay and watch (too much of a distraction), so when her teacher said I could stay, I was so stoked! A lot of the pictures I had to take through the window, so there's a bit of a glare/fogginess. But I did get a few before class that turned out adorable.
Oh, and when we got there and class first started, I was snapping away on my camera. One of the other moms came over and said, "This must be her first class?" as she looks at my camera. Apparently I came off as the crazy mother with the camera? lol. See what I do for you, Rebecca?! :) :)
