Asher was acting a lot more cranky than normal, so I knew he was extra tired and would need to go to bed early. While I was loading the dishwasher, I asked him if he wanted me to take him to bed, and he said, "No!!! I don't WANT to go to sleep, Mommy!" He ran off. I finished loading and then went to look for him.....

"Can we buy this, Mom?
"No."
"But, Mom! It has 12 vitamins and minerals in it!"
--Kyrie, age 6
"Mom, I want to tell you a question!"

"Okay, I'll clean my room. But I'll only clean 2 halves today and then do the rest tomorrow, okay, Mom?"

"I know lots of things, Asher! I know, uh, like 3 things!"

"I can't go to bed now, Mommy! My eyelashes hurt!"

"Mommy, my pee comes out of my reefruh!"

"Mommy, we learned about constipation today at school! It's part of the water cycle!"
