Our ward has been so fantastic from the very beginning. A couple weeks ago, my good friend Lisa dropped by and brought me a Wal*Mart bag full of lemons. There had to be about 20 lemons in that bag. I thought that was so sweet of her! I've been looking up recipes ever since for creative ways to use up all this lemon juice, and I'm super excited to try them out over this next week.
Asher had such a blast helping me juice all the lemons!

When I was growing up in Utah I remember the joke about keeping your car doors locked while at church or you would find your car filled with zucchinis. I think Yuma's joke could be lemons. I still have a few more if you need some. We juice them all winter and freeze it in a big bucket. Then, all summer we can have fresh lemonade whenever we want.
Oh are you kidding me!?> Lucky! I wish I was there to sample some of your fine culinary skills! ;o)
