One good thing (okay, maybe the only good thing!) about living in the desert are the simply spectacular sunsets we get! I walked outside to see this and just had to take a picture! Simply breath-taking! The picture doesn't even do it justice. It was the most gorgeous shades of pink, gold, and purple I have ever seen!

"No."
"But, Mom! It has 12 vitamins and minerals in it!"
