Washing the van

Today was finally the day our poor, poor van got the scrubbing it's been desperate for since our long drive to Arizona 6 weeks ago. Oh man, it was bad. We all had a really fun time soaking each other. I was "just rinsing the top of the car", and overshot it a bit, and OOPS!, Derk got soaked. :) Asher especially had fun because his friend from next door came over to help us. And he had the time of his life soaking Mommy, but his tune changed a bit when I got him back. :)

I thought Cambria would have a blast, but she didn't know what to think. I think all of us chasing each other around with the hose scared her off a bit. Derk sprayed her feet and then got her belly, and she just looked at him with her mouth wide open like, "WHAT did you DO?!" It was hilarious.

Kyrie isn't pictured because her friend invited her to go swimming at the pool. Who wants to wash the car when you get to go with your new best friend and her dad to the pool?! :)

Asher and his friend "helping" by hitting each other with the soapy rags in our garage. Boys. :)

They finally started putting the soap on the VAN instead of each other. :)
