Kyrie's first dollhouse

Kyrie has been begging for years for a dollhouse. We were going to get her one a few Christmases ago, but then she stopped asking, so we thought she'd grown out of the desire. She recently mentioned to my mom about how she'd seen one at a store in Coeur d'Alene when we were up there visiting and how she wanted it so badly. Being a Nana that loves to spoil her grandkids, my mom went and bought it for her. She's been literally waiting by her bedroom window every single day, watching for the UPS truck. And it finally arrived yesterday. This girl was beyond excited and has been playing with it non-stop ever since. I had to get a little stern with her last night to get her to put it away and go to bed because it was 10pm! :)

They played with the dollhouse for 2 hours straight!

Of course Nana sent a few goodies for the other kids, too. Asher was really excited about the foam airplane he got. He asked me to put it together, but I was right in the middle of making bagels, so I told him he'd have to wait for Daddy to get home. He assaulted Derk the second his car pulled into the garage! :) Here they are assembling it together at the dining room table.

I love how sweet my little Asher is.
